So, after more than 1 month of break, the school year has finally started. Mom and Dad has so much to anticipate. First, because you are going to start at a new level, Reception Junior, officially a kindergarten. Class will start earlier, and there will be uniform to wear. How will your morning ritual change? Will you have tantrum of not wanting to don your uniform?
So, in the morning today, Mom and Dad woke you up earlier. As usual, Mom prepared your breakfast and snack box, while Dad play with you. And when the time come to dress up, Dad took the usual doctor equipment. No struggle.
Then, there are a change. Instead of talking or dragging you to the car, today you walk by yourself and get into the car. Of course, still with your firetrucks. It was bright Monday morning, so you asked for your sunglasses.
We arrived at school quite on time actually. But, since this is the first day at school, the drop off area was a mess. Many parents were trying to persuade their kids to go to school, especially those who just started school today. Dad was also worried that you will need to be persuaded. But, as you see familiar face of the music teacher, Pak Robby, you hop off the car, just like last month when you was in Pre-Kindie.
Good luck in Kindergarten, son. Study well, play well and live well.
